THE BEST CHIP DIP! NO.... REALLY!
This is honestly a great and simple chip dip recipe that I got from a friend years ago, though I have made a couple little changes of my own. It is always a hit at get togethers. You'll never want store bought dip again!

Steps:
- In blender or food processor add cream cheese, onion, horseradish, garlic powder (to taste) and chives. Start to blend adding milk in small amounts until desired consistency. Add additional horseradish and garlic as desired. Chill a minimum of two hours before serving or over night.
THE ULTIMATE CHIP DIP
This is the best chip dip I have ever had and probably the simplest to make. You can modify this lots of ways by changing the cheese type (I occasionally change it to a Taco Cheese Mix) or adding things to spice it up like jalapeños. It's perfect for when people drop in unannounced because it is so quick and easy to make. Anytime I make this for a party, I end up having to make it 2 or 3 times because it goes so fast.

Steps:
- In a glass pie plate or square Pyrex glass baking dish, spread the block of cream cheese with a spoon across the entire bottom of the dish evenly. It will be a little difficult to spread so you can soften it in the Microwave for a few seconds to make it easier if you wish. Be sure not to leave any holes.
- Take the chili and spread the whole Can across the cream cheese evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese across the top evenly just enough to where it will make a nice layer of cheese with no holes when it melts.
- Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and the edges are bubbling.
- Let it stand for 2 minutes to cool.
- Serve with the Frito Scoops and enjoy!

Stack tortillas on top of each other and cut the stack into 8 wedges. Place cut tortillas in a single layer on the prepared oven trays and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Watch carefully as they can burn easily. Set aside to cool.
- MAKE BAKED DIPWhile chips are cooking, prepare baked prawn dip. Whisk together sour cream and cream cheese. Stir in shrimps, cheese, lemon zest, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Place in a small-medium oven safe dish and bake for 35 minutes, until bubbling and golden brown. Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- MAKE GUACAMOLEWhile prawn dip cooks, make guacamole. Defrost edamame beans in the microwave for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water, pat dry then use a fork to roughly mash. Mash avocados. Cut tomatoes in half, remove the seeds, then finely dice the flesh. Stir together edamame, avocado, tomato, lemon juice and chives, if using. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
