CLASSIC CHEESEBALL
This Classic Cheese Ball recipe makes the perfect party appetizer. A cheese ball made with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onion and spices, and coated in chopped pecans.

Steps:
- Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Add cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, parley, garlic powder, oregano and pepper and mix well to combine.
- Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl and gather the mixture into one lump. Lightly grease your hands and form the mixture into a round ball.
- Place the pecans on a plate. Hold the cheese ball in one hand and use the other hand to scoop the pecans onto the outside of the ball, pressing them in gently and turning the ball to coat all sides.
- Cover the cheeseball in cling wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow it to firm up. Take it out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving to allow it to soften just slightly. Serve with crackers, pretzels, vegetables or anything else you'd love to dip in cheese!

This came on line and soooo cute, have to save it. Looks like a little pumpkin and would be great for any Fall party, you'll need 1 top of a bell pepper stem for garnish but f.c doesn't recognize that so had to put it here. The 2 hour prep time is chilling time

PUMPKIN CHEESE BALL
Steps:
- With a mixer, blend 16 ounces room-temperature cream cheese with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar, 3 tablespoons minced onion, 2 tablespoons salsa, 2 teaspoons ground cumin and 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno. Scoop onto plastic wrap and use the wrap to form the mixture into a 5-inch pumpkin-shaped ball; chill at least 2 hours. To serve, unwrap, roll in crushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips and press a bell pepper stem into the top.

- Soften cheeses.
- Mix all ingredients (except cereal or nuts) together thoroughly by using hands and squeezing through fingers (fun!).
- Form into three (3) equal balls or logs.
- Crush approximately 2 cups of Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal (or nuts) by placing in large plastic ziploc bag, close, and use a rolling pin to crush to desired texture (preferably fine).
- In a large bowl, gently roll balls or logs in Craklin' Oat Bran cereal or nuts.
- Chill and serve with pretzels and crackers.

- Place the room-temp cream cheese and Buffalo sauce in a medium bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until well combined and smooth.
- Add blue cheese, celery, green onion, red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of the walnuts, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir to combine with a spatula. Taste and add more Buffalo sauce, salt, and/or pepper if desired.
- Turn the mixture out onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Wrap and form into a ball shape with your hands. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to firm up.
- Place the remaining walnuts in a shallow bowl or dish. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in the nuts until the outside is fully covered. Serve or keep chilled in refrigerator until serving. Serve with pita chips, crackers, celery sticks, and/or carrot sticks.
CHEESE BALL I
This is a wonderful cheese ball. It is very easy to make and simply delicious. Whenever I make it for gatherings or work it always gets great reviews. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
