A beautiful green-blue cocktail, the envy cocktail uses silver tequila, blue curacao and pineapple juice. It makes a great summer drink poolside.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces silver tequila
1 ounce blue curaçao
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
Garnish: maraschino cherry

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour tequila, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass over fresh ice, if you like.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients

2 cups ice, plus more for serving
1 1/2 ounces 100-percent blue agave tequila (reposado or blanco)
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
3/4 ounce orange flavored liqueur, such as Triple Sec
9 raspberries
Lime wheel, for garnish

Steps:

Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice. Add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur and 6 raspberries. Shake very well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Skewer the remaining 3 raspberries on a decorative toothpick and garnish the drink along with a lime wheel.
