Steps:
- Place the sausage in large skillet with 1/3 cup water.
- Boil over medium heat,cover,bring to a boil.
- Reduce to low heat,still covered,let simmer 10 minutes.
- Remove cover, and simmer until water evaporates,and sausage browns a little.
- While it cooks,in medium saucepan,combine sugar,mustard,caraway seeds& dill weed.
- Stir mixture,until blended.
- Add bell pepper& sauerkraut,stirring until combined.
- Over medium heat,covered,cook for 10 minutes,or until hot.
- Spoon the sauerkraut into microwavable 2-3 Qrt casserole.
- Sprinkle the swiss cheese over top.
- Add the sausage over it,cover.
- Microwave on high,for 30 seconds,or until the cheese has melted.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
- While noodles are cooking, cook beef, onion, salt and pepper in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
- In ungreased 3-quart casserole, mix noodles, beef mixture, sauerkraut, soup and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with red onion.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the soup, milk, onion and mustard; set aside., Spread sauerkraut into a 1-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Drain noodles; place over sauerkraut. - Spread bread cubes in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread sauerkraut evenly over the bread cubes, then layer beef strips over sauerkraut. Pour dressing over all.

- Put drained sauerkraut loosely in a 10 inch dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over top. Layer dressing, pastrami and remaining cheese.

- Sprinkle over top the casserole.
