Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Prepare a large cookie sheet by greasing liberally with butter. Alternatively, line the cookie sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter.
- Mix the popcorn, crackers and peanuts in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Combine butter, corn syrup and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stirring constantly, continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla and baking soda (mixture will bubble). Mix well.
- Pour sugar mixture over popcorn mixture and stir to coat ingredients.
- Pour onto prepared pan and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Every 15 minutes remove pan from oven and stir.
- Break mixture apart while still warm. Once cooled, add M&M's and candy corn. Toss to mix.
- Store in an airtight container.

- In a large bowl, combine the pretzels, nuts and sunflower kernels. Combine the butter, cinnamon and cloves. Drizzle a third of butter mixture over pretzel mixture; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes., Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle with remaining butter mixture and toss to coat. Stir into pretzel mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer or until heated through. Cool; transfer to a large bowl. Add candy corn and bridge mix; toss to combine.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 300ºF.
- Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
- Cook butter, half-and-half and corn syrup in saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Add sugar and dry gelatin mix; cook and stir 2 min. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss until evenly coated.
- Spread onto 2 foil-covered rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 min.; cool completely. Add candy corn; mix lightly.
- Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 60 sec., stirring every 30 sec.; drizzle over popcorn mixture. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
- Break popcorn mixture into bite-size pieces; place in large bowl.

Sweet and salty mix of cereal squares, dried fruit, and nuts, in a honey and spice glaze. Use whatever cereal you like, Crispex, all Corn or Rice Chex, or a combination. The fruit choice is also flexible - banana chips, dried cranberries, dried apples, dried mango, dried apricots, or a combination ; use what you have and what you like. You'll want to cut up the fruit to all about the size of a dried cranberry.

- Heat oven to 250 deg;F Spray a large roasting pan with non-stick spray.
- Combine cereal,nuts, and coconut in roasting pan. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe glass 1 cup measure, combine butter with brown sugar and honey. Heat in microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir well. Add spices and stir again. Cool slightly.
- Pour honey mixture over cereal mixture, stirring gently to coat everything evenly. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Add fruit during the final stir and bake 5 minutes more.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then stir and cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine Crixpix, Cheerios, pretzels, and peanuts in a large bowl.
- On the stove in a medium saucepan, melt the butter on low heat.
- Add the brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon to the melted butter.
- Cook until butter bubbles slightly.
- Pour over the dry mixture and toss (or mix) so that everything is coated evenly.
- Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in oven for 8 minutes.
- Stir mixture and then bake for another 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread out onto waxed paper.
- Allow mixture to cool, stirring and breaking up pieces as necessary.

SWEET AND SALTY CINNAMON NUTS
This is one of my favorite recipes to make when I need to make a snack really quick. I have made these nuts a couple of times and packaged them for Christmas gifts. They also make a good snack on a cold evening. I often make a double batch and use both pecans and walnuts. Salt can be varied depending on how salty you would like them to be. This recipe was originally from a really old Betty Crocker cookbook, but I varied it a little.

- Cook brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.

I think the key is adding butterscotch chips and mini m&m's. I like doing this in the microwave, as opposed to those recipes where you have to bake and stir, bake and stir!

- Mix margarine, brown sugar, white syrup and 1/8 teaspoons salt together in a microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Stir well.
- Microwave on high for another 2 minutes.
- Add 1 teaspoons vanilla and 1 teaspoons baking soda.
- Stir until clear.
- Pour crispix into brown paper bag.
- Pour syrup mixture over all.
- Stir well and shake brown bag.
- Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
- Shake well again.
- Microwave another 1 1/2 minutes Shake again.
- Add peanuts and pretzels.
- Shake again.
- Spread onto large sheet of wax paper or large cookie sheet.
- Cool well.
- Add m&m's and butter scotch chips.
- Mix together.
- See the bowl empty before your eyes!
