2 tablespoons butter, divided
1 slice bread
1 egg
salt to taste

Steps:

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
Using a glass or cookie cutter, create a hole in the middle of the bread, removing the center so it is perfectly circular. Butter the bread lightly on both sides and lightly fry it on one side, and then turn it over. Crack the egg into the hole in the middle of the bread and fry quickly. Be careful that the bread does not burn. Serve warm.

1/2 cup sweet potato, cooked & well mashed
1/4 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup water, warmed (90-110 degrees)
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh sage, minced
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
1 packet yeast
3 tablespoons rolled oats
1/4 cup golden raisin
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup cashews, chopped
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, shelled

Steps:

In bowl, mix together all flours, cinnamon, salt, yeast,oats, and sage.
Add liquid& dry ingredients to bread machine per your machines instuctions,.
Set machine on light whole wheat cycle.
At first beep, add both kinds of raisens and nuts.
Wait-- enjoy!
