HOT LINK SAUSAGE SANDWICH
I use to make a variation of this sandwich when I worked as a cook in high school. The original sandwich used polish sausage, I adapted the recipe to my taste and used hot links. Most people prefer the hot links.

Steps:
- Slice each sausage in four slices lengthwise.
- Slice each French roll to open without cutting all the way through.
- Top each roll with four slices of the sausage.
- Place a slice of mozzarella cheese over the sausage.
- Place the sandwich on a baking sheet.
- Place into a preheated 350 degree oven. cook sandwiches until the cheese and bread browns.
- Remove the sandwiches and top with thinly sliced pickles and tomatoes.
- Enjoy, these are addictive.

SUBLIME GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
Grilled cheese is to the cook as the stick figure is to the artist, right? Not so fast! By mixing grated parmesan into the butter you spread on the outside, that stick figure becomes as gorgeous as a Michelangelo nude.

- 1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high flame.
- 2. Butter the bread.
- 3. Sprinkle parmesan on the buttered bread; press with knife so the cheese sticks.
- 4. Build a cheese sandwich, buttered sides out.
- 5. Cook till golden.
- 6. Die and go to heaven.
- 7. Reincarnate yourself and make this sandwich for everyone you love.

SUBLIME HOT LINK GRILLED SANDWICH

Steps:
- Heat skillet on medium.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter and place split roll face down in pan.
- Allow roll to grill until desired level of golden-brown crispiness is reached. Remove roll from pan.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter and onions to pan. Salt onions. Saute onions until soft and caramelized. Remove onions.
- Split sausage lengthwise and place face down on pan. Grill until desired level of doneness is reached (I like mine heavily blackened and crispy) Flip sausage and cook other side.
- Place onions and sausage on grilled rolls. Smear hot mustard on sausage. Serve and enjoy!

- In a large bowl, toss green pepper and onion with oil. Place on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 12 in. square). Fold foil around vegetables and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 12-15 minutes or until tender; set aside., Cut loaf in half horizontally; remove bread from top half, leaving a 1/2-in. shell (discard removed bread or save for another use). Brush cut sides of loaf with salad dressing; place cut side down on grill. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown., Place bottom of loaf on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. x 12 in.). Layer with turkey, two Swiss cheese slices, ham, cheddar cheese, pastrami and remaining Swiss cheese. Top with green pepper mixture, pickles and tomato., Drizzle remaining dressing over cut side of bread top; place over filling. Brush bread with additional oil. Fold foil around sandwich and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into slices with a serrated knife.
