Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until it gets to the desired consistency; you can make it chunky or smooth! I like a little bit of texture so I go with slightly chunky. Add salt to taste. Chill salsa for 1-2 hours or overnight to let flavors come together. Serve with chips, on nachos, on chili, or anything you like!

FAST TROPICAL MANGO SALSA
Yet another recipe from Canadian Magazine, Chatelaine. What's great about their recipes is they are triple tested and always tasty. Great to dress up grilled chicken, steak, fish or burgers. Recipe is easily doubled.

MAGIC BULLET SEVEN-SECOND SALSA
This is from the Magic Bullet Cookbook. Posted in response to a request on the forum. The quantity is an estimate. The book doesn't give the servings but measuring with water, the large cup holds about 2-1/2 cups. Based on a suggestion, I have switched the order of onions and tomatoes...in the original recipe from Magic Bullet, the onions go in first and the tomatoes third. Please feel free to adjust any of the ingredients to your taste ... everyone has different tastes and what pleases one person may not please the next. Thank you for your suggestions to make this a better recipe.

- Place all ingredients, IN THE ORDER THEY ARE LISTED, into the tall cup (you may need to cut up the tomatoes).
- Twist on the cross blade and place the cup onto the power base.
- Give it several quick pulses. Do not over-process -- salsa should be chunky.
- Remember to apply a bit of counter-clockwise pressure to the cup to keep it from locking-on.

- Add all ingredients to the tall cup, screw on the cross blade and pulse 4-6 times until ingredients are mixed, but still chunky.
- Remove the cross blade and pour it into a serving dish. Don’t worry if the salsa looks foamy; it will settle in a minute or two.
- This recipe makes a thin salsa, but feel free to strain off any liquid if you prefer a thicker consistency.

- In a food processor or powerful blender add the cilantro, lime juice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar, PLUS only 1/2 cup of the canned tomatoes. Pulse about 20-30 times, until there are no large chunks of onion or garlic remaining. (add a jalapeno if you like it spicy!!)Pro Tip: You may need to scrape the sides down to make sure all the bits get blended.
- Add the remaining canned tomatoes. If you are using a food processor pulse 5-6 times, to get the perfect texture. If you are using a blender only blend for an additional 4-5 seconds, to retain some of the tomato texture.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Pro Tip: The salsa does get more flavorful after a day in the fridge.
