CROCK POT STUFFING
Easy stuffing made from scratch and cooked to perfection in your slow cooker.

Steps:
- Heat butter over medium heat until melted. Stir in poultry seasoning, black pepper and salt to taste. Add celery & onions and cook until softened (do not brown). Cool completely.
- Place bread cubes in a large bowl. Add cooled celery and onion mixture, parsley and fresh herbs if using.
- Add chicken broth a little bit at a time just to moisten and gently stir. You may not need all of the broth (see note below). Stir in eggs.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight if making ahead of time.
- Grease a 5-6 qt slow cooker well. Place stuffing in the slow cooker and turn onto high for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to low and cook an additional 3-4 hours or until hot and cooked through. If stuffing is done before your meal is ready it can remain on warm.

STUFFING POTATO CASSEROLE CROCK POT
This is a delicious savory recipe that has been tweaked to my liking. It was given to me in my old friend Linda. Serve as a side dish with your favorite chicken dish. Place in crock pot and forget it. Enjoy

Steps:
- 1. Mix the soup,sour cream,butter,onion, and salt in a bowl. combine well,and set aside.
- 2. mix the potatoes with the shredded cheese. Place mixture on the bottom of crock pot.
- 3. Pour the soup,sour cream mixture over the top of potato cheese mixture. Spread evenly.
- 4. Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top of soup mixture. Drizzle with melted butter. Cook on low for 8-10 hours,or high for 5-6 hours,or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6-8
CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE (CROCKPOT)
This recipe is different than the usual Cheesy Potato Casserole, it has stuffing on top for the crunch! I know that might sound weird but it is really good. I even make this into a complete meal instead of a side dish. I hope that you enjoy!!

- Lightly butter the inside of your crockpot.
- Combine soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 c butter and seasonings in crock pot.
- Add potatoes and cheese, mix well.
- Cover mixture with dry stuffing mix and drizzle with the remaining 3 T of butter.
- cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2 hours. Do NOT stir while cooking.
- * You can make a complete meal by adding cubed ham, frozen mixed veggies, and an extra can of soup.

- Melt butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, celery, mushroom, and parsley in butter, stirring frequently.
- Spoon cooked vegetables over bread cubes in a very large mixing bowl. Season with poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, marjoram, and salt and pepper. Pour in enough broth to moisten, and mix in eggs. Transfer mixture to slow cooker, and cover.
- Cook on High for 45 minutes, then reduce heat to Low, and cook for 4 to 8 hours.

CROCK POT PORK OR CHICKEN, POTATO AND STUFFING DINNER
This is really good. Fixes that holiday meal craving with all the fixings. I usually serve with whatever veggie I feel like or have on hand. Peas is a favorite.

- Spray crockpot with Pam.
- Place sliced potatoes in crockpot and sprinkle with salt and stir.
- Place pork on top of potatoes and pour half of the chicken broth over top of meat and potatoes. Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder, to taste.
- Mix the soup and gravy together and pour over top.
- Place stuffing on top of all and drizzle with remaining chicken broth to moisten.
- If meat is frozen, cook on high for 2 hours, then low for 6 hours. If meat is defrosted or fresh, cook on low for 8 hours.

This is an old Pennsylvania Dutch recipe I've always served as a side dish. The simple addition of onion and celery gives the potatoes a special flavor, and the parsley adds color.
