Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour 2 (8- or 9-inch) round pans. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour half into medium bowl. Add dry gelatin mix; stir until blended. Spoon half the white batter and half the pink batter, side by side, into each prepared pan; swirl gently with spoon.
- Bake 30 min. Cool cakes 30 min. in pans. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Mix sour cream and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Stack cake layers on plate, filling with 1 cup of the COOL WHIP mixture and 1 cup berries. Frost top and side with remaining COOL WHIP mixture. Top with remaining berries.

STRAWBERRY REFRIGERATOR CAKE
Delicious cool summer dessert. Just as good in the winter. Allow it to chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Allow cake to cool on wire rack.
- Poke holes on top of cake. Puree thawed strawberries with juice in a blender or food processor and spoon over top of baked cake.
- To Make Topping: Prepare pudding mix as directed on package using one cup of milk. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture and spread over cake. Arrange strawberries on top of cake, if desired.
- Refrigerate cake for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 2-9 inch round cake pans. Set aside.
- Sift flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Blend oil, eggs, and vanilla slowly. Slowly blend in flour mixture. With a wooden spoon, stir in 1 can crushed pineapples w/ juice, coconut, and mashed bananas. Stir in nuts (optional).
- Pour batter in prepared pans. Bake in preheated oven for 25-28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before inverting on racks.
- Pierce the top of one of the cakes with a fork. Pour the second can of crushed pineapple over pierced cake. Cool completely.
- To make frosting: Blend pudding mix and milk in a bowl till all lumps are out. Add lemon ext. Fold whipped topping carefully till it is blended evenly.
- When cakes are completely cooled place 1/2 cup of frosting on top of pineapple topped cake. Spread frosting evenly. Place second cake on top of frosted cake. Finish frosting cake evenly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- First, Melt the chocolate chips, salt, and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for thirty seconds, then stir. Heat in fifteen second intervals until fully melted, stirring in between each interval.
- Microwave Cool Whip for 10 seconds to make it soft, fluffy, and easy to work with (This also speeds up the defrosting process).
- Combine Cool Whip with chocolate mixture, not forgetting to swirl the two together, which will make the dessert more appealing. Make sure the chocolate doesn't overpower the cool whip.
- Once this step is done, fill the Fillo shells with the cool whip chocolate mixture, then slice strawberries into small triangles and insert them into the top of the dessert with the tips facing upwards.
