2 cups cold fat-free milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1 cup sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Pour 1/2 of the pudding into 6 dessert dishes; top with 1/2 of the strawberries. Repeat layers.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
8 reduced-fat vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Steps:

  • Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Mix chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • Invert dessert onto plate just before serving; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

6 fluid ounces apple juice, chilled
7 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and halved, if large
12 1/2 ounces cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks
8 ice cubes
1/2 ounce honey

Steps:

  • Pour the apple juice into the blender or smoothie maker.
  • Add the strawberries, chunks of cantaloupe and the ice cubes.
  • Blend for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the honey and mix in the blender or smoothie maker for another 10 seconds.

2 cups strawberry sorbet, softened
1 cup cold nonfat milk
1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Line a 8x4 loaf pan with heavy-duty foil.
  • Spoon sorbet into pan, freeze for 15 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  • Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
  • Set aside 1/2 cup whipped topping for garnish; refrigerate until serving.
  • Fold remaining whipped topping into pudding and spoon mixture over sorbet.
