Strawberry Pineapple Soda Food

PINEAPPLE STRAWBERRY PUNCH

Steps:

• In a food processor, puree strawberries. Pour into a large punch bowl. Stir in the pineapple juice and soda. Serve immediately.

PEACH AND STRAWBERRY SODA

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside to cool for 20 minutes.
• In a blender, combine the cooled syrup, peaches, strawberries, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth. Add the sparkling water and pour into an ice-filled pitcher.

STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 5x9-inch loaf pans.
• In a bowl, mix the strawberries, pineapple, eggs, oil, and sugar. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix the flour mixture into the bowl with the fruit until evenly moist. Fold in walnuts and macadamia nuts. Divide the batter between the prepared loaf pans.
• Bake loaves in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool on wire racks.

STRAWBERRY SODA

Steps:

• Bring sugar and water to a boil. Add strawberries and remove from heat. Steep strawberries until syrup is cool. Puree in a blender and pass through a sieve. Fill half of glass with strawberry puree, then add ice and club soda, seltzer or gingerl ale; garnish glass with mint.

STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE PUNCH (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

Steps:

• In a food processor or blender, puree the strawberries.
• Pour into a large punch bowl.
• Stir in the pineapple juice and soda.

PEARIFIC STRAWBERRY SODA

Steps:

• fill glass with ice.
• add 2 oz pear vodka (more or less depending on how strong you want it).
• add the strawberry soda to fill.

SODA POP STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE

Steps:

• Prepare cake mix according to package directions, except substitute 1 1/4 cups soda pop and honey for the water. Bake as directed. Remove from oven and set upside-down until cooled.
• Meanwhile to prepare glaze, combine melted margarine, powdered sugar, remaining soda pop, and food coloring in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and drizzling consistency. Spread top of cooled cake.

OLD-FASHIONED STRAWBERRY SODA

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the milk, strawberries, ice cream, sugar and food coloring if desired; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Add ginger ale and serve immediately.
