1 cup strawberry (chopped and frozen)
1 banana (chopped and frozen)
3/4 cup almond milk (I use Silk Vanilla Almond Milk)

Steps:

  • Chop up the strawberries and banana. Place strawberries and banana into freezer bag.
  • When ready to make pull out of freezer and allow to sit for 5 minutes (I like to be able to break the fruit up a little before placing in blender). Add fruit and almond milk into blender. Blend till smooth and serve.

4 -5 strawberries (fresh or frozen, with tops intact for nutrients, if desired)
1 banana
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons orange juice

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to the TALL CUP or a PARTY MUG and twist on the CROSS BLADE.
  • Place the cup on the Magic Bullet power base and twist slightly to the LOCK ON position and mix until smooth.

I recieved a Magic Bullet for Christmas from my DB and DSIL and have been on a smoothie kick ever since! My 2 sons who are 1 and 2 years old, love them as much as I do. My oldest son doesn't normally eat strawberries the regular way so it's a great way to hide those fruits your kids might not normally eat. *L*

3 -4 large ice cubes (more if they're smaller)
1 cup frozen strawberries (about a handful)
1 banana (cut into chunks)
1/3 cup orange juice

Steps:

  • Put ice cubes in blender, then add orange juice, bananas & strawberries. Blend till smooth. If you find the mixture to be to thick, add more orange juice. Feel free to substitute the strawberries with frozen mixed berries of any kind.

Sommer's Strawberry Banana Peach Smoothie (Dairy-Free) image

Yep, it's another one of my creations, and this one is probably my simplest one yet, with the least ingredients, and so tasty! To ensure this is dairy-free, I used soy milk and soy yogurt. My favorite brand to use is Silk, and so I used Silk brand Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk and Silk Live! brand peach soy yogurt. I had previously sliced organic bananas that I had then frozen on a foil-lined baking sheet, and placed frozen slices into a freezer bag. I used frozen whole unsweetened strawberries from the freezer section of my grocery store. I was surprised, I did not add any honey, vanilla, or anything extra to this smoothie and I think it turned out just right, but if you desire, you may add additional ingredients. I love how smoothies can be so versatile. Hope you enjoy this! :) This filled approximately 3/4 of a 20oz bottle.

1/2 cup banana, sliced, frozen
4 -8 frozen unsweetened strawberries (amount depends on size of strawberries)
1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk
6 ounces peach soy yogurt

Steps:

  • Put frozen sliced bananas and frozen whole strawberries into blender with the soy milk. Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Add in peach soy yogurt, blend more until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate (shake up before drinking to redistribute anything that's settled), or freeze and thaw slightly.

Very refreshing and healthy drink! You can adjust the quantities to your taste. Prep time doesn't include freezing the fruit.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
2 mangoes, peeled, diced and frozen
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar (or honey)
2 cups orange juice (or more, depending on how thick you want your smoothie) or 2 cups other 100% fruit juice (or more, depending on how thick you want your smoothie)

Steps:

  • Put the strawberries in a blender and mix well.
  • Add the mangoes and bananas and blend well (using the ice crush button, if necessary). If the mixture is too dry to process you can already add some of the juice, but not all. The mixture has to become smooth, without chunks of fruit.
  • Gradually add the rest of the orange juice, the lemon juice and sugar, and blend well till very smooth, for two minutes or so.
