3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 package vanilla Jell-o instant pudding
2 tablespoons strawbery Jell-o mix
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla pudding mix and the strawberry Jell-O mix. Add the egg and blend until well combined.
  • Add the flour (gluten free or traditional) and the baking soda.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips*
  • Form small balls of dough and place on the parchment lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 12-13 minutes.
  • Let cool completely before adding the optional glaze.**

1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/4 cups flour

1 box instant strawberry pudding (3.4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 375.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugars.

1 cup sugar
2 TB strawberry jello
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3.5 oz. box white chocolate
pudding package instant
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 bag white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350. 2.Cream butter, shortening, sugar and jello together. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. 3.In a separate bowl, mix together pudding mix, flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add to creamed mixture. Mix well. 4.Stir in white chocolate chips. 5.Spoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Leave on cookie sheet 1 minute before removing to wire rack.

2 tablespoons butter, melted
7 (1 ounce) slices day-old bread, torn into small pieces
¾ cup chopped fresh strawberries
3 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
¾ cup light cream
¼ cup strawberry preserves
¾ cup white sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter the bottom and sides of an 8 inch square baking dish with the melted butter.
  • Toss bread with the chopped strawberries, and place into the prepared pan. Beat the eggs, milk, cream, strawberry preserves, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl until frothy. Pour over the bread and lightly press down with a spatula until the bread has absorbed the milk mixture.

1 1/2 cups cold water
1 (113 g) package instant vanilla pudding
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
1 (298 g) package frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
4 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup strawberry jam
additional strawberry (to garnish)
toasted slivered almonds

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand and water. Add pudding; beat well. Chill until thickened, about 20 minutes. Fold in whipped cream.
  • Spoon 2 cups of the pudding mixture into a 4-quart round glass serving bowl; top with half of the cake cubes, half the strawberries, half the jam and half the pudding.

10 slices dry hard honey-wheat bread or 10 slices of dry hard whole grain bread
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4-1 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 1/2 cups sliced frozen strawberries, drained (optional)
Pam cooking spray

Steps:

  • Lay out 10 slices of bread on board. Usually overnight until it is dry and hard.
  • Break into two or three inch pieces. Set aside.
  • In medium mixing bowl add eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Wisk to whip and mix.
  • In large mixing bowl add cream cheese and sugar. Mix well.

2 ½ cups whole milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafer cookies (such as Nilla®)

Steps:

  • Hull strawberries and slice in 1/4-inch thick slices, about 3 slices per strawberry.
  • Mix whole milk, condensed milk, and pudding mix together in a bowl; condensed milk will sink to the bottom, so mix well. Fold in whipped topping without mixing too much.

This recipe is a slightly re-worked version of a Jell-O recipe. It makes good use of produce from my local strawberry grower!

1 quart fresh sliced strawberry
1/2 cup sugar
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers
3 cups cold milk
1 cup sour cream
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip
3 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding

Steps:

  • Heat strawberries, sugar, and Jell-O just enough to dissolve Jell-O, stirring constantly. Set aside and cool.
  • Mix pudding and milk by directions on pudding box, but use ONLY the 3 cups of milk.
  • Add sour cream; fold in 3/4 cup of Cool Whip.
  • Layer in 13x9 dish by placing a layer of wafers, a layer of pudding mixture, and a layer of strawberry mixture. Repeat until all is used.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  • Garnish with sliced strawberries & refrigerate for several hours before serving.
