Steps:
- Measure ans rinse the sprouted beans well. Pressure cook with salt until soft,drain and mash coarsely.
- Finely chop onions,tomatoes and green bell pepper. Sprinkle little salt, pepper powder and chaat masala powder and mix well.
- Remove the edges from the bread. Take one bread slice and apply softened butter and spread the mashed sprouted beans. Top with chopped and mixed veggies and close with the other bread slice. Apply some butter on the top of the bread again.
- Toast the prepared sandwich in a sandwich maker or tava until golden brown. Serve sprouts sandwich hot with sauce.

- To prepare this healthy sandwich, take a pan and add 1 1/2 cup of water in it. Heat it over high flame and bring to a boil. Soak the sprouts in this boiled water for about 15 minutes and drain well. Mix in salt with the sprouts and grind to a coarse paste in a jar.
- Now take a wok and heat little oil in it over moderate flame. Add the ground sprouts paste in the wok and stir-fry it for a while. Mix the wheat flour in little water and add it to the same wok. Stir-fry for a minute or two and remove.
- To prepare the green chutney, combine coriander leaves, green chillies and little salt in a blender and grind to a fine paste. Spread this green chutney on the bread slices. This will add a great flavour to the sandwiches. Now spread a layer of ground sprout paste evenly (on top of the green chutney) on 4 slices and cover with the remaining slices.
- Heat a tawa over medium flame and place the prepared sandwiches to toast them. Apply little ghee around the edges to make the sandwiches crispier. Cook for a minute on both sides and remove. If you dont have a tawa, you can also place them on a sandwich maker and cook.
