SPICY TOMATO PORK CHOPS
Spicy tomato pork chops are a mouthwatering combination of olives, greens, and butterfly chops. Seasoned with salt and pepper. After about 6 minutes, the chops are nicely browned. combined with onion, chili powder, dried oregano, chili flakes, and brown sugar. Now it time to add in the tomato sauce ,olives, and you are good to go.

Steps:
- Add the olive oil to pan
- Place in the chops and salt and pepper on each side
- After 6 minutes on each side, the chops are browned and set the aside to rest
- Add in the onion and sauté until tender
- Place in the chili powder, oregano, chili flakes, and brown sugar.
- Stir for a minute or two.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir and bring to a boil.
- Place the pork back in.
- Put the olives in, place the lid on and allow to simmer for 40 minutes.
- Sever over rice or potatoes.
- Enjoy your spicy tomato pork chops.

- Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat, and quickly brown the pork chops on both sides. Transfer chops to platter, and keep warm.
- Reduce skillet heat to medium, and cook the onion until tender. Mix in the sugar, chili powder, fennel, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Stir in the tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce, and bring to a boil.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 10 minutes. Remove cover, and continue cooking 15 minutes, or to desired doneness.

- In a bowl, mix the tomato puree, hot sauce, jalapeno pepper, red pepper, and sage.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown pork chops on both sides. Remove chops from heat and set aside. Place the onion and green bell pepper in the skillet, and saute 2 to 3 minutes. PORK CHOPS WITH TOMATOES AND GARLIC
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat and brown the pork chops on both sides. Drain off excess fat. Remove the pork chops and set aside.
- Peel the onion and cut it in half lengthwise. cut the halves into thin slices.
- Add the sliced onion to the pan and reduce the heat to medium-low. Continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until softened.

- In large skillet, heat oil on high heat. Add chops and brown one one side (about 3-4 minutes), then turn. Remove to plate.
- To skillet, add onion, garlic and spices and sauté, stirring occasionally until softened. Add tomatoes with liquid and corn kernels, stirring occasionally.
- Add chops back to skillet. Bring all to boil, then reduce heat, cover partially, and simmer 30-40 minutes or until chops are done. Taste to correct seasoning and add pepper and cilantro, if desired.
- Serve with rice (spoon tomato and corn sauce over the top) and sprinkle with grated Monterey Jack cheese if desired.

- Combine flour, salt, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper & 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; dredge pork chops in mixture. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet; add pork chops and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add remaining oil to skillet; add garlic and green onions. Cook, stirring constatnly, 3 minutes.
- Combine gravy mix and 1/2 cup milk; whisk until blended. Add tomatoes, remaining milk, water, remaining red pepper, remaining black pepper and thyme to skillet; bring to a boil. - Rinse, peel, seed and dice the tomatoes. Dice onion. Mix the marinade ingredients. Use a teaspoon to spread the marinade on both sides of the pork chops. Marinate for 2 hours. Melt butter with oil in a frying pan. Fry pork chops on both sides and arrange on roasting tray. Fry onion till translucent. Put on top of pork chops. SWEET AND SPICY INDIAN PORK CHOPS

- Season pork chops with a pinch of salt, pepper and turmeric.
- Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, and shallow fry the chops, browning the pork chops on both sides. Place the chops in a greased baking pan.
- In a skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of ghee and add the red onions. Cook until the onions turn brown (realllly brown), then add ginger, garlic, coriander powder, cayenne, and the homemade meat masala. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add can of tomato sauce. Stir for about 5 minutes, then mix in the honey and dump the gravy on top of the pan with the pork chops (you can taste the sauce before adding it to the pork chops and adjust the honey or salt if needed).
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour - turning the chops over halfway.
SPICY SHOULDER PORK CHOPS WITH TOMATOES AND PEPPERS

- Gather the ingredients.
- Dust the pork chops lightly with the flour.
