Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup loose packed fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch ground white pepper

Steps:

Mince the garlic and then add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and mash with the edge of the knife until a paste is formed.
Add this to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Puree and taste to adjust seasoning.
Remove and place in a small bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until jalapeños, parsley, and chives are broken down into small little bits.
Pour into a bowl and let chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve with your favorite snack items: taquitos, veggies, chips, etc.

1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon MSG - optional
One 16-ounce container of plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
Copycat Ranch Dip mix (or one packet powdered Ranch dip mix if you want to make it easier.)
3 tablespoons dried chopped onion flakes
1 tablespoon hot sauce (I used Tapatio)
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

Mix all of the ingredients together with the dried dip mix. It's easier to mix if you use a butter knife instead of a spoon or spatula. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, Serve with chips or colorful veggie dippers.
