SPICY AND SWEET CRANBERRY JALAPENO DIP
Cranberry, jalapeno, green onion and cream cheese all come together to create one of the best appetizers I've had in a LONG time. This recipe is from Lindsey at Sparrows + Lily.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium-sized bowl, add chopped cranberries, green onion, cilantro and jalapeno. (NOTE: Don't use a food processor to chop these. It is slightly time consuming, but the cranberries will liquify if they are not hand-chopped.).
- 2. Pour sugar, lemon juice and salt over cranberry mixture and stir gently until blended.
- 3. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least one hour. If you prefer less tart cranberries, keep in the refrigerator overnight.
- 4. Take cranberry mixture out of the refrigerator and stir all ingredients together. Strain out the liquid using a colander with small holes.
- 5. Spread cream cheese over bottom of a pie plate or 9×9 dish.
- 6. Pour cranberry mixture atop cream cheese and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- 7. Serve with Ritz crackers and enjoy!

SPICY BAKED JALAPENO PIZZA DIP
You may adjust the ingredient amounts to taste, for extreme heat use two jalapenos, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder may be used in place of fresh --- if desired the pepperoni may be minced or finely chopped and added to the cream cheese mixture --- the complete recipe may be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake -- serve this dip hot or warm with tortilla chips or butter crackers, your going to *love* this! :)

Steps:
- Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl combine the cream cheese with sour cream, pizza sauce, dried oregano, jalapeno pepper, fresh garlic and seasoned salt; mix until smooth and well combined.
- Mix in chopped onion and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Season with desired amount of Tabasco or cayenne pepper.
- Spread the mixture into pie plate.
- Sprinkle the chopped pepperoni or salami and grated Parmesan cheese onto top of cream cheese mixture.
- At this point you may cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Set oven to 350 degrees F (bottom rack).
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until hot.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup or more of mozzarella cheese then return to oven to melt the cheese.
- Sprinkle with green onions, then serve.

SPICY JALAPENO BACON CHEESE DIP
I have made this at least once a week for the last 2 months...my husband LOVES it!!! Was a smash at church and work.

Steps:
- Add cheese to bowl.
- I put the onion and jalapeno in the electric chopper until they are chopped fine. Add to cheese.
- Add bacon (use real bacon bits) and mayo
- Mix all together.
- Chill 30 minutes.
- I guessed on the mayo measurement -- so could be a little more or a little less.
- If it is too hot, take the seeds out of one of the jalapenos.
- Doesn't have to be chilled to eat (usually my husband can't wait).

SPICY JALAPENO ARTICHOKE DIP
This is a warm, spicy, cheesy dip that goes great with tortilla chips, crackers, or spread on sandwiches. Our family jokes that it's so good and addicting, you could spread it on just about anything and eat it!

Steps:
- Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
- Combine artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients. Use as much or little of the jalapenos as you can handle. (When I make this for my family, I use an entire can, but when I make it for guests, I usually only use half of the can.).
- Pour into baking dish.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and paprika.
- Bake at 400 degrees until bubbles around edges.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, as a sandwich spread, etc.
- NOTE: Depending on preference, you can do a rough chop on the artichokes for a chunkier dip, or you can put all the ingredients (except for the cheese) in a blender to puree for a smoother dip.
SWEET AND SPICY JALAPENO DIP
A nice change of pace from regular spicy dips, the sweet, hot, and cool all come together in a wonderfully tasty way!

- Beat the softened cream cheese until its smooth.
- Add the apple jelly and lime juice and stir together until well blended.
- Gradually add the salsa, then stir in salt and minced jalapenos.
- Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
- Get out the corn chips and veggie dippers and dig in!
