SWEET AND SPICY POPCORN

Steps:
- Stir the confectioners' sugar, paprika, salt, garlic powder, cumin and cayenne together in a small bowl. Heat the coconut oil in a very large pot with a lid over medium heat. Add the popcorn and half of the sugar mixture, cover the pot and shake to coat. Add the remaining sugar mixture and continue to shake until well coated. Serve immediately.
SPICY POPCORN

- Heat oil in deep pot over medium high heat. Add corn. Cover pot and pop the corn, shaking pan often. Remove from heat. Drizzle with melted butter. Combine spices in a small dish and sprinkle the blend over hot corn. Serve.
HOMEMADE HABANERO GARLIC SPICY POPCORN
Steps:
- First, dry your habaneros by slicing them down the middle and putting them in the oven at 200F. Keep an eye on them and if they start browning, drop the temperature so they keep their orange color. Continue cooking until they are rather shrunken and dried out but not completely crisp, approximately 2 hours. Remove from the oven and let cool (where they will harden).
- When the peppers are dried, pulse them in a food processor or spice grinder to make a powder.
- Cook the popcorn as per package directions, or as follows: Add the oil to a large, 3 quart or larger pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover, with the lid ajar.
- Shake the pot back and forth every few minutes. Remove from the heat when the popping has slowed and most kernels are popped, approximately 7 minutes. Set aside.
- While the popcorn is cooking, mix the habanero powder with the garlic powder and salt.
- When ready to serve, lightly drizzle the popcorn with approximately 1 teaspoon of oil. Just enough to wet the popcorn without it getting greasy or soggy. Stir to coat. Immediately sprinkle the seasoning on the popcorn and stir again to coat. Serve immediately.

CAJUN-SPICED POPCORN

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the popped popcorn in a large roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, paprika, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Pour over the popcorn and stir until it is somewhat evenly coated.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for later.

CHILI-GARLIC POPCORN

- Mix the smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic salt and onion powder together in a small bowl.
- Toss the popcorn and butter in a large bowl until well coated. Sprinkle the spice blend and Parmesan over the popcorn and toss well.
SPICY GARLIC POPCORN
Fun way to jazz up popcorn! You can pop your own or use a bag of your favorite microwave popcorn! If you don't like much spice, or want more, just add the cayenne to taste.

- Saute the garlic in the butter or oil for about 3 minutes, until golden.
- Pour over the popcorn and mix thoroughly.

SPICY CAJUN POPCORN
If you love spicy then this is for you, the amount of cayenne may be adjust to suit heat level and the popcorn may be popped days in advance and kept in a plastic bag :)

- Spread the popcorn evenly in a single layer on a baking sheet.
