Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Put the garlic cloves on a square of heavy foil, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Wrap it up and bake until the garlic is golden, nutty and mushy, about 1 hour. Let cool. Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the garlic together with the 4 cheeses, chives, crushed red pepper flakes and some black pepper in a bowl.
- Cut the bread in strips in one direction, being careful not to cut all the way through the loaf. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and cut in the other direction. Stuff the cheese mixture in between the rows. Drizzle the melted butter all over the top.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 25 minutes. Open up the foil and bake until the cheese is hot and bubbly, another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and golden brown in spots, about 8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Combine the Cheddar, roast beef, garlic powder and sauteed onions in a large bowl. Mix very well, squeezing to compact the mixture.
- Take a piece of biscuit dough, flatten it in your hand and spoon about 1 teaspoon of the roast beef mixture into the center. Fold the dough around the filling, then shape into a ball and place in the prepared Bundt pan. Repeat with the remaining dough. Sprinkle any excess filling into the pan, making sure some of it falls into the cracks between the dough balls.
- Bake until golden brown on top and a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Turn the bread out onto a plate and flip bottom-side up.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing.
CHEESY PULL-APART GARLIC BREAD
Studded with melty cheese and herbs, this garlic bread couldn't be easier! I like to buy a crusty round loaf of bread right from the bakery section of my grocery store. Be careful not to cut all the way through the loaf-you don't want the cheese to ooze out the bottom and stick to the pan.

PULL-APART GARLIC BREAD WITH ASIAGO CHEESE

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Use a bread knife to cut a cross-hatch pattern into the top of the bread, stopping short of cutting through to the bottom of the loaf (so the loaf holds together).
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over low heat. Add the olive oil and garlic and cook, stirring often, until very pale golden, about 4 minutes. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon salt and the parsley. Remove from the heat.
- Gently separate the cubes of bread from the top of the loaf. Spoon some of the garlic butter in the cuts and spread it over the cut surfaces; use all but 2 tablespoons of the garlic butter for this. Slather the remaining garlic butter on top of the loaf. Distribute the Asiago between the cuts and on top. Wrap the loaf in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake the bread until heated through, about 10 minutes. Unwrap the foil and continue baking until slightly crisp on the outside, 5 to 7 minutes more. Serve immediately.
CHEESY JALAPEñO-BACON PULL-APART BREAD
Assembling this bread is a little messy and it will look very full, but don't be afraid to really stuff between the cuts so all the flavor and melting cheese can soak into the loaf.

Steps:
- Preheat a grill to low and medium: On a gas grill, turn the center burner(s) to low and the side burners to medium; on a charcoal grill, bank the coals to the sides with a few coals in the center.
- Combine the cheddar, pepper jack, bacon, jalapeños and scallions in a medium bowl.
- Slice the bread with a serrated knife in 1-inch intervals, cutting almost all the way through. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and repeat to create a crosshatch pattern. Set the bread on 2 large stacked sheets of heavy-duty foil.
- Gently spread the bread open and brush between the cuts with 4 tablespoons melted butter. Stuff the cheese mixture into the spaces. Press the bread back together and brush the outside with the remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter; wrap in the foil.
- Once the grill registers 350˚ F to 375˚ F, set the bread in the center of the grill over low heat, cover and cook until warmed through, about 15 minutes. Pull back the foil to expose the surface of the bread (do not remove). Continue to grill, covered, until the top of the bread is crisp and the cheese melts, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
