ARTICHOKE DIP
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- To a mixing bowl add sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, garlic and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Combine until smooth.
- Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and a little bit of dill weed, to taste.
- Place in a greased baking dish (most pan sizes around 8x8 in or a little smaller will work. You could even use a pie pan).
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese on top. Sprinkle with a little extra dill weed, if desired.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.

SPICY SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP
This is a family recipe that my SIL gave me. It is the best Spinach and Artichoke dip I have ever eaten. Everytime I make it for functions they wipe it out! It is very nummy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven for 350.
- In a sauce pan heat frozen spinach on medium till it starts to get mushy but not cooked.
- While spinach is warming open cans of artichoke hearts, drain them and put them in the food processor to dice them up to small peices. If you don't have a food processor you can just dice them up manually.
- When spinach is mushy add diced artichoke hearts and mix together. (DO NOT DRAIN SPINACH).
- After spinach and artichokes are mixed together cut up cream cheese and add in peices. Stir till creamy.
- Next add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese to mixture. Stir together.
- Last but not least add crushed red pepper depending on how spicy you want it.
- Pour all ingredients in a 13x9in pan.
- Sprinkle other 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese on top.
- Cook in oven till bubbly.
- Serve hot.

SPICY ARTICHOKE PARMESAN CHEESE DIP
My hairdresser Jamie Klatt Savage brought this to a party and I loved it! I can't believe how good this recipe is and it's so easy to prepare. This is a quick and very easy appetizer to make for any occasion. Instead of salt and pepper I used creole seasoning to spice it up!

Steps:
- Drain water from artichokes and place in a bowl. Chop the artichokes up into small bits.
- Add a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Reserve some to place on top before baking. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a cup of mayonnaise and mix all of the ingredients well. Sprinkle remaining shredded Parmesan on top.
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until top is brown. Serve with crackers! Presto!
