CINNAMON SPICED COFFEE & CITRUS CLOVE SPICED COFFEE
2 variations on spiced coffee: one flavored with cinnamon, cloves, and allspice and the other with orange, lemon, and cloves. You may also want to experiment with your own amounts and combination of spices.

Steps:
- For Cinnamon Spiced Coffee: In a saucepan, over low heat, simmer cinnamon, allspice, and 2 cloves in coffee for 5-7 minutes.
- Or for Citrus Clove Spiced Coffee: In a saucepan, over low heat, simmer orange peel, lemon peel, and 10 cloves in coffee for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain into cups and sweeten each to taste.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Prepare nine cups brewed coffee according to manufacturer's directions. , In a small saucepan, combine water, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, orange slices, pineapple juice and vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Strain; discard cinnamon and oranges. Pour sugar mixture into mugs; add coffee. Stir.
