Sparkling Cranberry Vodka Punch Food

SPARKLING CRANBERRY VODKA PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine the cranberry juice, vodka and lemonade in a large jar or glass dispenser and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
• Just before serving add the ginger ale and several cups of ice (if using a punch bowl an ice ring may be used). Serve in 8 ounce glasses. The recipe may be doubled for larger gatherings.

SPARKLING CRANBERRY PUNCH

Steps:

• Place a sugar cube in the bottom of each 8 to 10 chilled champagne flutes.
• Pour 2 tablespoons cranberry juice into each glass.
• Fill each glass with white grape juice.
• Thread several cranberries onto skewer or toothpick and garnish each glass.

CRANBERRY AND VODKA SPARKLE

Steps:

• Fill a mixing container half with ice.
• Pour cranberry juice, lime juice and vodka.
• Stir,then pour into a highball glass.

SPARKLING CRANBERRY PUNCH

Steps:

• Empty can of jellied cranberry sauce into a 2-qt saucepan. Over med-heat setting, add water & beat w/an immersion blender or hand-held mixer till sauce is melted.
• Add sugar & cont cooking till sugar is dissolved, stirring as needed. Add dried cranberries & set mixture aside to cool. Then refrigerate till well-chilled.
• When chilled, add lemon juice, extract & 1 cup of ginger ale.
• Just before serving, add remaining 1/2 cup ginger ale & serve in frosted glasses. Garnish w/mint &/or clove-studded lemon slices as desired.
