SOY BRAISED PEANUTS
These are sweet and savory sticky and nutty. They are softer than non braised nuts. Throw them in your soups noodle dishes or as a snack.

Steps:
- 1. Add 2 cups of water to a pan and bring to a boil and add peanuts and let boil for 10 minutes. Drain the peanuts
- 2. Add peanuts back to the pan and put all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a low simmer and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. About 25 to 30 minutes
