Steps:
- Combine first eight ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Yield: 12 batches (1-1/2 cups total)., To prepare one batch of dip: Add 2 tablespoons of mix to mayonnaise and sour cream; stir until blended. Serve with chips or vegetables.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, half of the olives, jalapeno peppers, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle over the dish the remaining olives, chopped tomatoes and green onions.

BAKED SOUTHWESTERN CHILE DIP
Baked Southwestern Chile Dip is a super easy dip that can be prepped up to 4 hours in advance. Throw in the oven for only 20 minutes before topping with fresh tomatoes and green onions.

Steps:
- Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, three-quarters of the olives, chiles, garlic powder and hot sauce in a large bowl. Stir until evenly blended. Spread into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate or small baking dish. (At this point, you can cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Bake as directed, increasing baking time). Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle the tomatoes, remaining olives, and green onions evenly on top. Serve warm with chips, peppers, crackers, crusty bread, etc.
SOUTHWESTERN CHILI DIP
This recipe is originally from a November 1989 issue of Better Homes and Gardens.The cheese mixture can be made up to 4 hours ahead, covered with plastic wrap, and refrigerated.Proceed with the baking, allowing increased time to heat it through.Regular or low-fat cheese and mayonnaise/salad dressing may be used.Serve with pita or corn/tortilla chips.

- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing,HALF of the ripe olives,green chili peppers, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a 9 inch quiche or pie plate.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with the tomato, remaining olives, and green onions in three rings, starting at the edge of the plate.
- * I like to start with the tomatoes, green onions, then the olives.*.
- Serve warm with chips of your choice.
- * Can also be heated in the microwave. Cook,uncovered, on high power for 4-6 minutes or until heated through, stirring twice during the cooking process.

SOUTHWESTERN CHILI
Steps:
- In a casserole cook the onions, peppers and garlic in the oil over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add the chili powder, cumin and oregano and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes more. Add the beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Add the tomatoes, 1 cup of the broth, the vinegar and chocolate and bring the mixture to a boil, crushing the tomatoes with the back of a spoon. Simmer the chili, covered, for 1 hour, adding additional broth, if necessary. Add the kidney beans and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes more. Ladle into bowls and serve with rice and desired toppings.

This is one of my favorite dips for parties. It is a definite at my house for Super bowl. I've been making this for over 10 years. It is a hit at every party I throw.We all love cheese and chili in my home. This is a very simple recipe to make. You can also make this in the crock pot. Enjoy all!!!

Steps:
- 1. Get a 13x9 pan, or a 9x9 for deep dish dip. Spread the Re-fried beans on the bottom of the pan.
- 2. Soften cream cheese and spread on top of the re-fried beans.
- 3. spread chili on top of cream cheese
- 4. Spread salsa on top of chili,and top with shredded cheese.Bake in oven at 350 degree's until hot and cheese is melted. Should take 30-45 minutes.
- 5. Remove from oven and top with chopped green onion. Optional add ins -chopped Jalapeno pepper and black olives on the top of Mexican cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
