10 oz macaroni noodles, uncooked
2 eggs, large
12 oz evaporated milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
0.5 lb Velveeta
4 cups shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cook macaroni according to directions on the package.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Dump eggs, evaporated milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder into a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk all of the ingredients together well.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the mixing bowl and stir well.
  • Cut the Velveeta into small cubes and add the cubes to the mixing bowl.
  • Add 3 cups of the shredded cheese blend to the mixing bowl.
  • Stir well.
  • Dump the macaroni mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded cheese on top.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake until the mac and cheese is bubbling and the cheese on top is nicely browned. 44-48 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and allow the mac and cheese to sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

1 16oz box elbow macaroni
1 teaspoon olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking
16 oz cheese +1 (8oz for topping cheese examples: Asiago, Sharp Cheddar, Velveta, Pepper Jack)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
One cup half-and-half milk
Season All to taste
Salt to taste
Ground Black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Preparation
  • Bringing water to boil, Add a pinch of salt and olive oil.
  • Boil macaroni until Al Dente, (follow instructional guide on back of box for boiling instructions).
  • Strain macaroni, Rinse with cold water to stop cooking process.
  • Set macaroni inside.
  • In a deepen skillet add butter and flour making a roux. Stirring continuously incorporate both ingredients really well, assuring to eliminate any lumps.
  • Adding half-and-half continue stirring, add cheeses one at a time and stir until everything is incorporated and cheeses are melted.
  • QUICK METHOD (FOLLOW THIS METHOD FOR BEST RESULTS)
  • Add melted cheese sauce directly to macaroni and combine. Stirring until cheese and macaroni becomes incorporated. Add cheesy mac to pan in two batches and top each layer with shredded cheese.
  • Place in oven to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes at 350°F, Or until cheese melts. (For Smaller Serving Size Less Baking Time Is Required, Bake Until Cheese Melts)
  • Remove from oven. And allow too cool for about five minutes before serving.

1 lb elbow macaroni pasta (uncooked)
1 tsp salt (to salt the water for the pasta)
8 cups water
1 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup half & half
4 tbsp unsalted butter (not margarine)
2 tbsp all purpose flour
4 oz cream cheese
8 oz gouda cheese (shredded or cubed)
8 oz creamy havarti cheese (shredded or cubed)
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
4 oz colby jack cheese (shredded)
1 tsp seasoning salt OR plain salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika

Steps:

  • Pour 8 cups of water into a pot, and sprinkle in 1 tsp of salt.
  • Bring the water to a boil, over high heat, then add in the elbow macaroni pasta.
  • Cook the pasta until it is al dente ( cooked but still firm), then drain the pasta and rise it under cool water.
  • Place a large sauce pan over medium heat, then toss in 4 tbsp of butter.
  • Melt the butter down completely, then sprinkle in 2 tbsp of flour.
  • Whisk the ingredients until they are well incorporated, then pour in the evaporated milk and half & half.
  • Whisk the ingredients, and continue to cook it over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low, then add in the cream cheese, gouda, and havarti.
  • Stir the mixture until the cheese melts, and you have a nice creamy cheese sauce.
  • Sprinkle in the seasoning salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Toss the macaroni pasta into a large pot, and pour in the cheese sauce.
  • Stir everything until it is well combined, then pour half of the macaroni and cheese mixture into a 9 x 13 bake dish.
  • Sprinkle some of the sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and colby jack on top of the mac and cheese.
  • Next add the remaining macaroni and cheese into the bake dish, and top it off with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake the macaroni and cheese, in a preheated oven, on 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

16 oz (500 g) elbow macaroni, uncooked
6 cups chicken broth
8 oz (225 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz (225 g) colby jack cheese, shredded
8 oz (225 g) part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz (225 g) American cheese, cubed
4 oz (125 g) cream cheese, cubed and room temperature
1 cup (250 ml) half and half
1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon (4g) smoked paprika
1-2 teaspoon (3g) garlic powder
1 teaspoon (3g) onion powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
2 large eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Butter an 8 by 11 or 9 by 13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  • Fill a large stockpot or dutch oven halfway with chicken broth (or water if you don't have broth), and bring to a boil. Add in elbow macaroni and cook until just under al dente, according to package directions. Do not fully cook or overcook the macaroni pasta, it'll finish cooking through completely in the oven. Once just under al dente, drain the pasta.
  • While the pasta boils, use a wooden spoon to mix the half and half, heavy cream, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the Colby jack cheese, all of the mozzarella cheese, all of the American cheese, and all of the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and some kosher salt and pepper, stirring well and tasting the mixture to ensure there is a good flavor. Do not add too much salt, since cheese is pretty salty and will add its saltiness as it bakes. Once satisfied with the seasoning, stir in the cooked macaroni and eggs until well incorporated with the cheese.
  • Pour the macaroni mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top the macaroni and cheese generously with the rest of the cheddar cheese and colby jack cheese. Sprinkle the top with a little more smoked paprika, if desired.
  • Bake the mac and cheese for 35 minutes or until the cheese crust is bubbly and nicely browned. Do not over-bake or the macaroni pasta will become mushy and the cheese mixture will become dry.
  • Let the baked macaroni and cheese cool for about 10 minutes or until just cool enough to serve. Serve hot so the cheese is nice and creamy.
  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese ((shredded))

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and butter or spray your 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cook the elbow macaroni pasta according to the boxed directions, but remove the pasta 2 minutes earlier than the recommended cooking time (for an al dente texture).
  • Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Then add milk and heavy cream, stir to combine.

1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Wash hands with soap and water.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Fill a large pot with 6 cups of hot water, a tablespoon of salt and bring to a boil.
  • Place macaroni into boiling water and cook for 12 minutes, remove and strain in a colander. Set aside. Return the empty pot to the stove.
  • Crack two eggs in a small bowl and mix. Add eggs, butter, ½ cup mild cheddar cheese, ¼ cups of sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack and Colby cheeses into the empty pasta pot and mix over medium heat until slightly melted.
  • Wash hands with soap and water.
  • Return the macaroni noodles to the same pot and mix well until cheese is fully melted.

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Once the macaroni is in the pot, give it a quick stir to assure the pasta doesn't stick together.   • In the meantime, while pasta is cooking move on to preparing the chicken. Using cleaned chicken breast cut into cube size pieces. Cook chicken breast for 5 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Be sure to drain off excess water if any. When finished set chicken a side.
  • Once pasta is al dente strain, and return pasta back to pot. Turn flame on low heat, place pot with macaroni onto stovetop and add grated cheese. Stir and combine cheese throughout pasta. When cheese is melted add 1 can of evaporated milk, yellow mustard or ground mustard, paprika and stir until all ingredients are well combined. Add chicken and stir to distribute chicken evenly.
