SLOW-COOKER TURTLE PUDDING
Ooey gooey chocolate pudding, caramel and pecans make this slow cooker dessert extra delicious.

Steps:
- Spray 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup of the sugar and the cocoa. Stir in milk and 1/2 cup of the caramel until well blended. Put in slow cooker. Pour hot water over top (do not stir). Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup sugar.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until top springs back when touched lightly (center will still be soft). Turn off slow cooker; let stand uncovered 20 minutes to cool slightly. Serve warm pudding with remaining 1/4 cup caramel topping and chopped pecans.

- In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine the bagels, apple, cranberries and raisins. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over bagel mixture and stir to combine; gently press bagels down into milk mixture., Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. If desired, dust servings with confectioners' sugar.

- Place ½ the bread cubes in cooker.
- Sprinkle on raisins then cover with remaining bread cubes.
- Mix remaining ingredients; pour over bread.
- Cover and cook on high heat setting 2 ½ to 3 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

I was looking for a slow cooker recipe for bread pudding. I couldn't find one. So I tasted, tweaked, amalgamated, and adapted recipes to get this! This bread pudding can be breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

- Place bread and raisins in a slow cooker.
- Whisk milk, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg together in a bowl; pour over bread and raisins. Toss to evenly coat.

Steps:
- Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Line the inside with foil, then spray the foil.
- In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, water, oil, eggs, butter and 1/3 can of sweetened condensed milk on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the bottom of prepared slow cooker. Cover and turn on HIGH. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until cake is just set.
- In a medium bowl, combine caramel bits and another 1/3 can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir to melt caramel bits. Pour about 2/3 of the caramel mixture on top of the cake in the slow cooker, then pour remaining cake batter on top. Cover and cook on HIGH another 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until a toothpick inserted in the top cake comes out mostly clean.
- Remove stoneware insert and transfer to a cooling rack; cool cake 15 minutes in insert.
- Carefully lift cake from the insert using foil as handles and place on cooling rack. Carefully remove foil from sides of cake.
- Place a serving plate upside-down on top of cake. Carefully and quickly invert cake onto serving plate. Cool completely.
- Frost the top of fully cooled cake, then drizzle caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle top with pecans.
