SLOW COOKER BEEF SINIGANG RECIPE
Beef sinigang is a Filipino classic, where slow-cooked meat becomes tender over time, cooking in a wonderfully sour broth along with plenty of vegetables.

Steps:
- In a large slow cooker, add the cubed potatoes, packet of tamarind sinigang, and water.
- Add the chuck roast to the slow cooker. Cover the cooker with the lid and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Remove the lid and add the green beans, bok choy, and cabbage. Cover again and continue to cook for 1 hour.
- Using tongs, move the beef to a cutting board and slice it into chunks.
- Add the beef back into the slow cooker.
- Add the fish sauce and serve.

Steps:
- Heat oil in medium stock pot. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add beef to pot, and saute until browned. Pour in water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
- Place tomatoes and green beans in pot, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in bok choy, broccoli and tamarind soup mix. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

Steps:
- In a soup pot over medium heat, combine water, onion, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add radish. Lower heat and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
- Add tamarind soup base mix and stir until dissolved.
- Add bok chop and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add corned beef and cook, breaking apart into large chunks with a spoon, for about 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
