Then there are the other cooked food (rabbit haunch, seared slauther fish, etc) that may be equivalent ot minor healing potion (5 hp for 0.1 weight, comparable to 25 hp for 0.5 weight). Anything below that ratio is not worthwhile in my opinion (at least early on) because you can buy, find or craft healing potion cheaply that will offer more healing to weight ratio (very important early on).
