Six Sisters Pumpkin Cake Food

CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN MUFFINS (ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!)

Steps:

• *DO NOT follow the instructions or use the ingredients on the back of the cake mix box.
• Add the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and applesauce to a large bowl. Mix well either by hand or with a hand mixer. When thoroughly blended, fold in chocolate chips (if using). The batter will be pretty dense.
• Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners and lightly spray each liner with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon batter into each liner until it is about 3/4 of the way full (I was able to get about 12-14 muffins). The shape of each muffin will be a little irregular because of the density of the batter.
• Bake according to the directions on the back of the cake mix box (I baked mine at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes). Stick a toothpick in the middle of muffin to make sure the middles are done.

MINI PUMPKIN POPPERS RECIPE

Steps:

• Mix together cake mix and pumpkin puree until blended. You could use beaters or just a spoon, it's not difficult.
• Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
• Melt butter in separate bowl
• Roll 1 inch dough balls, then dip them in the butter before placing them onto the mini muffin tin pan that has been lightly sprayed with non stick spray.
• Bake dough at 350 for 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
• Let them cool, and then sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar, and enjoy.

EASY DOUBLE LAYER PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE

Steps:

• Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter and ground cinnamon together in a bowl until fully incorporated.
• Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 6-7 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 30 minutes before adding pie filling (you can also cool in the fridge if needed).
• Combine cream cheese, 1 Tablespoon evaporated milk, and sugar with a whisk until smooth and fully combined.
• Gently fold in Cool Whip.
• Spread cream layer on the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
• Pour remaining 1 cup evaporated milk into bowl.
• Add dry pudding mixes (do not prepare pudding as directed on box - just use the dry pudding mix). Beat with wire whisk for 1 minute (mixture will be thick).
• Stir in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice with wire whisk until fully incorporated. Spread the mixture over the cream cheese layer.
• Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. If desired, top with whipped cream.
