EASY GRILLED SHRIMP MARINADE
Easy marinade for flavorful shrimp with a little kick. My family loves these and the marinade is also great on grilled steak. Serve with a salad and grilled potatoes for a yummy dinner or by themselves as a great appetizer.

Steps:
- Combine olive oil, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, garlic, cilantro, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp and coat well. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Cook shrimp on preheated grill until pink and opaque, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

- Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook until a thermometer reads 170°, about 6 minutes on each side. Remove from pan; keep warm., In same pan, cook and stir shallots until tender. Add wine; bring to a boil. Cook until wine is reduced by half. Add spinach and salt; cook and stir just until spinach is wilted. Stir in sour cream; serve with chicken. Freeze option: Before adding sour cream, cool chicken and spinach mixture. Freeze in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through slowly in a covered skillet, stirring occasionally, until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 170°. - Place olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, parsley salt, and pepper in a bowl. Give it a whisk until fully combined.
- Reserve one tablespoon of the marinade.
- Add the shrimp into the bowl and toss to coat. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes*.
- To cook, you can grill or saute shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink.
- Drizzle the reserved marinade over the shrimp and serve.
