1 packet dry ranch salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup black olives, chopped
2 tablespoons pimentos, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix all of the ingredients (except tortillas) together in a large bowl.
  • Spread the mixture thinly and evenly over each tortilla.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  • Cut the tortillas about an inch thick and place them on a serving tray.

1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese with herbs
6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dust a flat work surface lightly with flour. Unroll puff pastry and roll out to a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of herbed cream cheese over the puff pastry. Cover with Swiss cheese slices, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll puff pastry up tightly like a jelly roll.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened - divided

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  • Spread dough from 1 package of crescent rolls out onto a work surface and pinch perforations together to create a single sheet of dough. Spread half the cream cheese over the dough sheet, leaving a 1/2-inch margin all around. Sprinkle half the cooked sausage evenly over cream cheese. Roll dough up into a log, starting at a long edge; wrap log in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Repeat steps to make a second roll; wrap. Refrigerate rolls at least 1 hour.

2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and jalapenos with a fork in a medium bowl until blended. Add spinach and mix again. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
  • Roll puff pastry out onto your work surface. Spread cream cheese mixture over pastry until evenly distributed. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly on top.

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl mash avocado with a fork. Add cheese; stir until smooth.

2 burrito-size spinach tortillas
2 burrito-size whole wheat tortillas

One 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 cup sliced green olives
1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
4 slices Swiss cheese

1 cup arugula
6 mini sweet peppers, slice thin

Steps:

  • For the base spread and tortillas: Mix together the cream cheese and pesto until well combined. 3 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot
2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated seamless crescent dough sheet
Oil for frying
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Place pork, shrimp, green onions, 1/4 cup soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, 2 tablespoons sesame oil and ginger in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped., Unroll each sheet of crescent dough into a rectangle. Spread each with half of the pork mixture to within 1 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Freeze 1 hour or until firm., Using a serrated knife, cut each roll crosswise into 12 slices. In an electric skillet, heat 1/2 in. of oil to 350°.
