- For the Old Bay mayo: Combine the mayonnaise and Old Bay to taste in a small bowl.
- To serve, spread the buns with the mayo and place the burgers on the buns. Top the burgers with the avocado slices, lettuce leaves and tomato slices.

SHRIMP CAKES RECIPE
Switch things up and make shrimp cakes instead of crab cakes. You can prepare and refrigerate the shrimp cakes up to 4 hours before cook time. The sauce, which can be made up to 5 days in advance, is also delicious served on po'boys or any fried fish. Have extra horseradish? Add a peppery kick to coleslaw dressing, deviled egg filling, or macaroni and cheese. Just remember that a little bit goes a long way.

OLD BAY MARINATED AND GRILLED SHRIMP
These shrimp marinate for only 30 minutes in a flavorful mix of lemon juice, garlic and the powerhouse spice blend, Old Bay seafood seasoning. Don't be tempted to let them sit in the sauce any longer than that because the lemon juice will start to cook the shrimp and make them tough. Serve with some boiled or roasted potatoes for a grill-lover's version of a shrimp boil.

- 1. Chop shrimp after cleaning. In a medium bowl, stir together the shrimp, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, onion, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, old bay seasoning, egg yolk and crackers. Mix well and chill for easier handling. Place panko crumbs with old bay seasoning in a bowl, toss. To my iron skillet I added two tablespoonful of each - oil and butter. Place in skillet and fry for 4 minutes or until golden, then continue on the other side. Serve alone, in a sandwich or as appetizer with your favorite seafood sauce.
