- Calming Paint Colour: Benjamin Moore Classic Gray OC-23. Classic Gray is a fave neutral of mine and I don’t even like its undertones, which speaks to the power of the right colour in the right room.
- Calming Paint Colour: Benjamin Moore Mount Saint Anne. There are two types of blue out there – blue-purple and blue-green (read more HERE). Mount Saint Anne is a soft, medium-toned blue with a wink of green in it and a stormy gray to calm it down.
- Calming Paint Colour: Sherwin Williams Grassland SW 6163. Grassland is an organic-looking green with its warm gray base. This means it’s not a COOL green – one that will lean into green-blue, but a warm one with a wink of yellow tucked deep inside of it.
