Seven Can Soup Food

7 CAN SOUP

Steps:

• Brown the ground beef and drain well.
• Put ground meat in a crock pot. Add ranch beans, minestrone, tomatoes, and Rotel (don't drain any of it).
• Cook on low at least 4 hours but preferably all day - the longer the better!

CROCKPOT 7 CAN SOUP

Steps:

• Open all of the cans. Do not drain. Dump them into a 6 quart crockpot. Heat on low for 4-5 hours.
• When ready to serve spoon into a bowl stir in a dollop of sour cream or cheese if desired.
• Serve with your choice of lime, tortilla chips, and cilantro.Gluten Free
• Make sure your chili beans are gluten free.Dairy Free
• Use a dairy free sour cream and cheese (I used Daiya).

SEVEN CAN SOUP

Steps:

• Brown Ground Beef, Drain.
• Place Ground Beef in large cook pot.
• Place all canned products in pot w/ground beef.
• Cook on medium heat until heated through.

7-CAN SOUP

Steps:

• Without draining the cans, empty the chili, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, tomatoes, corn, and tomatoes with green chilies into a large pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to bring all the flavors together. Add salt and pepper as needed.
• Dice the cheese and stir it into the soup until melted. Serve immediately.

7 CAN SOUP

Steps:

• Place all ingredients into a large pot. Heat. That's it!
• You may put Fritos in the soup or put the Fritos in a bowl and add soup to them. Top with grated cheese and sour cream.

SEVEN CAN HAMBURGER SOUP

Steps:

• Brown hamburger in large soup pot. Drain grease from hamburger.
• Open all 7 cans of vegetables and add to pot without draining. Add extra water to make soup thinner if desired.
• Heat thoroughly about 20 minutes.
• You can use any vegetables of your choice. If the Rotel makes it too spicy just use 2 cans of diced tomatoes instead.

• Empty the corn, chili, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, tomatoes and tomatoes with green chiles, liquid included, into a large pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to bring all the flavors together. Add salt and pepper as needed.
• Dice the cheese and stir it into the soup until melted. Serve immediately.
