2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450. Put the butter in a 9x9 baking pan and put it in there while the oven is warming up.
  • Combine the cream cheese, onion, garlic and seasonings. Mix well until blended.
  • Pound chicken to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Spread each piece with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture, roll up and secure with toothpicks.

4 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
¼ cup milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with ground black pepper to taste. Top each breast with a slice of cheese.

1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
4 large firm-ripe peaches, cut into 1/4-inch slices, or 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen peaches, (about 4 1/2 cups)
2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper, add to the skillet and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Meanwhile combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar and orange juice in a small bowl and set aside. When the chicken is browned, transfer to a plate and set aside.
  • Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add the chicken broth, the soy sauce mixture, and the peaches to the pan. Turn the heat up to high and cook, uncovered, for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce is nicely thickened and the peaches soften. Add the chicken back to the pan with the sauce, turn the heat down to moderate-low, cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • In the meantime, toast the almonds in a dry skillet over a medium-high heat stirring frequently, until golden brown and fragrant, about 2 minutes.

2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
¼ cup butter
¼ cup onions, minced
¼ cup celery, minced
2 tbsp savoury, fresh

1 cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add onion, celery and savory. Cook until tender. Remove from heat and stir in crumbs until well mixed. Stir in chicken broth. Stuffing should be moist enough to shape into 2 logs.

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

3 cups fine breadcrumbs

  • Pound out the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap until thin and evenly thick. In a square glass baking dish combine orange juice, mustard, wine and tarragon. Place breasts in dish and coat with marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lay one chicken breast out flat and top with some chopped spinach. In a small bowl mix together cheese, olives, mint and apricots. 1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 chicken breast halves (about 7 lbs)

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine olive oil, and next 6 ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat oven to 375'.
  • Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Place chicken skin side up, on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, or until done. Serve and enjoy!

1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
6 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375º. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, pepper and salt in a shallow bowl.
  • Combine butter and garlic in a 9in pie pan. Dip 1 chicken breast at a time into butter mixture; place into breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. Place chicken breasts into ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

1 pinch paprika
1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
⅓ cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Prepare stuffing according to pkg. directions.
  • Spoon stuffing across center of 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Place chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
  • Mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken. Cover.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 min. Uncover and bake 15 min. or until chicken is done.
