"Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry Shrimp, spinach, sun-dried tomato, roasted garlic, cheeses and tasty crust, what more do you want? Dip you say? Here ya go.... The Original Ranch dressing and seasoning dip is stuffed into the crust leaving no crust uneaten! With a side of the dip to dip the crust into. This recipe uses one package of The Original Ranch dressing and seasoning dip divided amongst the recipe. Take note in the photos the crust opens making it a perfect vessel to scoop up the dip. I always have roasted garlic in my refrigerator. If you want try it with fresh sliced very thin and may want to cut back to 2-3 cloves.

PIZZA CRUST STUFFED SPINACH AND SAUSAGE ROLL
Refrigerated pizza crusts makes this recipe easier, but you can also make this using your own pizza crust in place of the refrigerated. To save some time you can prepare the sausage/spinach filling up to a day in advance and refrigerate. When I made these I didn't shape the stuffed rolls into rings, I just left them rolled up straight and sealed the ends, that worked fine, but you can shape them into rings if desired.

CARAMELIZED ONION, FIG, PINE NUT AND SAUSAGE PIZZA #RSC
"Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry" Recently we ordered a pizza at a local restaurant that featured pine nuts and fresh figs as two of the ingredients. I loved the combination of these flavors and textures! Their pizza was seasoned with a spicy Italian dressing. I decided instead to add that spicy kick with little bites of hot Italian sausage which is a perfect compliment to the Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing, caramelized onions, figs and pine nuts!
