BUTTERMILK BISCUIT SAUSAGE PINWHEELS
These pinwheels are good for breakfast, brunch or a midday snack. I served them at a morning wedding reception and received many compliments. My grown children also like to take them to work for a quick breakfast with coffee. -Gladys Ferguson, Rossville, Georgia

I came up with this recipe to clean out the frige. The biscuits were coming up on expiration and i was hungry for something cheesey. This is so simple and rather tasty.

EASY SAUSAGE BISCUIT BITES
This is an easy appetizer to serve at any gathering. I like to put a dot of sweet hot mustard on each bite after they are cooked, but it might be better to just offer the extra mustard for those who want it. Place a toothpick in each bite to serve.

SAUSAGE BISCUIT BITES
"I sometimes bake these delightful little morsels the night before, refrigerate them, then put them in the slow cooker in the morning so my husband can share them with his co-workers," relates Audrey Marler from Kokomo, Indiana. "They're always gone in a hurry."

Steps:
- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Sit the chipolatas in a roasting tin and cook for 15 mins.
- Meanwhile, pop open the crossiant packs and unroll. Mix the onion marmalade, tomato purée and mustard, and spread some over each dough triangle. When the chipolatas are done, set aside for 5 mins to cool while you line 2 baking sheets with baking parchment. Lay a sausage along the wide end of each triangle croissant and roll up, encasing the sausages. Arrange on the sheets, brush with beaten egg and scatter with sesame seeds. Bake for 10-15 mins, switching shelves halfway, so both sheets cook evenly, until golden.
