SAUSAGE DIP

Steps:

• Brown and crumble sausage in large skillet, until cooked through.
• Set aside into separate bowl.
• In same skillet, saute mushrooms and onions until tender.
• Add cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce to mushroom and onions. Stir frequently until cream cheese has melted.
• Stir in the sausage, and heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
• Serve warm with corn chips (i.e. Fritos).

Steps:

• Fry sausage in skillet let it crumble, make sure they are all small pieces. Drain grease.
• Cut cream cheese in small chunks place in frying pan and let melt while stirring occasionally.
• Do not have your stove too high let it cook slowly.
• Add can of tomatoes, let all ingredients blend together while stirring occasionally.
• Use milk if it seems to thick.
• Serve with cracker or chips for dipping. We like the small bite size tortilla chips.

Steps:

• Place ground pork sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
• In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt processed cheese.
• Drain sausage and mix in a medium bowl with the melted processed cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers and green onions.

Steps:

• Brown the sausage in a skillet on medium high. Turn to low and stir in undrained rotel tomatoes and softened cream cheese. Mix til well blended. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

• Cook over low heat until it thickens up.
• Serve with Tostito's Scoops.
• You can adjust heat factor by using hot sausage and/or Rotels.

Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain., Stir in tomatoes and chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally., Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Stir in sour cream; heat through. (Do not boil.) Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with chips.
