- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. , Drain noodles; toss with butter. Set aside. In a blender, process cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in onions and parsley. Add noodles; toss to coat. , In a greased 11x7-in. baking dish, layer a third of the noodle mixture and half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodle mixture; sprinkle with Swiss cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the ground chuck and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the meat, crumbling as you go, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add the noodles, broth, 1 cup hot water, the mustard, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Give a big stir and bring to a simmer. - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil; add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spatula.

- Add a dab of margarine or butter to the pot.
- Add the lean ground beef to pot.
- Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
- Once the Instant Pot turns off add the chicken broth and water to the pot.
- Add the egg noodles to the pot and gently spread them out until they are submerged in the liquid.

- Fill a large bowl with VERY hot water. Add the noodles to the bowl. After a minute or two, use tongs to move them around. Continue to soak. If you aren't using rice noodles, cook your noodles according to the package instructions.
- Heat a large skillet with high sides to medium-high heat. Add the beef. Cook until the beef is mostly browned, about five minutes.
- When the beef is mostly cooked through, add the red pepper, onion, and salt. Continue to cook until slightly softened, about two to three minutes. Add garlic, cook 1 minute longer.
