- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon on a parchment-lined quarter sheet baking pan.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, and honey. Spread 3/4 of the mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Add pistachios to the remaining mixture and stir to combine. Spoon the pistachio mixture on top of the salmon and press lightly into salmon using the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is flaky. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towel. Arrange salmon on a foil (or parchment paper) lined baking sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard and honey. Spoon mixture and spread evenly over top of each salmon fillet.
- Coarsely chop pistachios in a food processor (or with a knife ) and combine with panko and olive oil. Spread pistachio mixture on top of salmon, pressing lightly to adhere.

- Pulse croutons and pistachios in a food processor until finely chopped. Whisk egg white with water. Pat salmon fillets dry; dip in egg white, then roll in crouton-pistachio mixture. - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Arrange the side of salmon on an oven proof baking sheet, skin side down. Mix the lemon juice and mustard together in a small bowl and spread sparingly over the top of the salmon.
- Coarsely grind the pistachios in a food processer. Add the panko bread crumbs, the oil and salt and pepper, to taste. (The bread crumbs should be slightly wet, as it helps the stick to the salmon.)
- Sprinkle the pistachio mixture over the mustard to cover the salmon evenly.
- Put in the preheated oven and bake until the salmon reaches the correct doneness, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven to a serving platter.
- Remember the fish needs to rest outside of the oven for at least 5 minutes. It will continue to cook, so remove the salmon from the oven with this in mind. Enjoy.

- Generously sprinkle both sides of salmon with Seafood Magic (about 2-3 teaspoons total).
- Put pistachios and olive oil in a food processor and grind.
- Evenly distribute the crushed nuts on both sides of the salmon, pressing in with your fingers.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the juice of 1/2 a lemon.

- Process pistachios, 10 basil leaves and garlic cloves in processor until finely chopped. Add 1/2 cup butter and 1 teaspoon lime juice and process until incorporated into mixture. - Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Take four salmon fillets (do NOT use salmon steaks!) of about 6-7 oz. each and put them on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam or brushed with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of Butoni pesto (in the grocery store refrigerated section) onto the top of each filet and spread evenly.
- Take the pistachios (shell the nuts, put in a baggie and whack with the side of a meat tenderizer/pounder) and cover the pesto with them. The amounts of pesto and pistachios depend on the size of the fillets, so use your judgment here.
- Bake for about 20-22 minutes until done.
- Serve immediately. (I serve it with roasted baby red potatoes and asparagus.).
