These Charcuterie Skewers layered with meat and cheese make for the best party appetizer as they are so easy and convenient.

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

1 pound cheddar cheese (cut into large cubes)
6 ounces salami (thinly sliced)
6 ounces pepperoni (thinly sliced )
6 Babybel cheese pieces
6 dill pickles (mini )

Steps:

Fold each slice of meat in half, then in half again. Slide one slice of pepperoni and one slice of salami on the stick.
Slide one cube of cheese on top of the meat.
Continue layering meat and cheese along the middle of the stick.
Top the stick with a piece of Babybel cheese and a mini pickle.

Very easy and looks pretty on a serving tray. You could use sweet pickles if you don't want dill.

Ingredients

1 - chunk salami or summer sausage (6oz)
1 - chunk chedder cheese (4oz)
5-6 - baby dill pickles
- 40 toothpicks

Steps:

Cut salami into 40-1/2" pieces Cut cheese into 5-1/2" slices;cut each slice into 8-1/2" cubes. Cut pickle into 40 1/2" pieces.
For each kabob,thread 1 salami piece,1 pickle (with cut side of pickle facing out)and 1 cheese cube on toothpick.
