Blend up a big glass of this refreshing Cantaloupe Smoothie for a quick cool down. Ripe pieces of juicy melon make the perfect light and sweet base for the chilly beverage.

Ingredients

1/2 cup ice cubes
1 cup cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch pieces, frozen
1/2 cup sliced banana
1/4 cup plain and unsweetened Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple juice

Steps:

Add ingredients to blender: Add ice, frozen cantaloupe, banana, yogurt, and pineapple juice to the blender.
Blend the smoothie and serve: Cover and process on medium speed for 15 to 30 seconds, using the tamper as needed. Increase speed to high for 15 to 30 seconds until the smoothie is thick and smooth. Add additional juice as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Serve immediately.

1 cup cantaloupe, chopped (rockmelon)
3 tablespoons instant malted milk powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or 1/2 cup frozen yogurt

Steps:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve.
