Roasted Turkey And Cranberry Chutney Sandwich Food

TURKEY CRANBERRY SANDWICH

Steps:

• Chop red onion very fine and mix with whole cranberry sauce.
• Smear mayonnaise on one side of sliced bread. Smear cranberry-onion mixture on the other slice of bread.
• Layer turkey slices, bacon and provolone on one side of bread and top with other slice of bread.
• Using a skillet or grill pan, grill sandwich with butter and remove from heat when cheese has melted. Cut sandwich into 2 halves and serve.

A GRILLED ROASTED TURKEY & PROVOLONE SANDWICH

Steps:

• Spread the mayonnaise on the two slices of bread.
• Add the tomato slices and sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
• Next add the sliced basil over the tomato.
• Now add the turkey slices.
• Add the mango chutney to one of the slices of cheese, then top with the other slice.
• Lastly you will add the cheese slices over top of the turkey meat.
• Top with your remaining slice of bread and lightly butter, both sides.
• Place in a medium low pan and fry until golden brown.

TURKEY, BRIE, AND CHUTNEY SANDWICHES

Steps:

• 1. Spread each slice of bread with enough chutney to cover one side.
• 2. Top half of the slices with turkey, Brie, and lettuce. Place the remaining eight slices of bread, chutney side down, on top of each sandwich.
• 3. Slice each sandwich into quarters and arrange on a platter to serve. (Sandwiches may be assembled up to 4 hours in advance, covered with plastic wrap, and refrigerated.

ROASTED TURKEY AND CRANBERRY CHUTNEY SANDWICH

• Mix turkey, cream cheese and chutney and place on bread top with lettuce or sprouts.
