ICE CREAM PUDDING RECIPE - (3.9/5)

Steps:

• Let ice cream sit out to get soft. Crush Ritz Crackers. Reserve 1/2 cup for the top. Mix the rest of the crushed crackers with margarine. Put on the bottom of a 9X13-inch oblong pan. Mix instant vanilla pudding with milk. Mix well with electric mixer and add ice cream. Spread on top of crackers. Spread Cool Whip over the pudding mixture. Top with 1/2 cup crushed Ritz Crackers. Freeze. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to soften.

RITZ CRACKER ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• Combine 60 crackers, butter and walnuts in bowl.
• Mix well.
• Pat into nonstick 9"x13" pan.
• Beat pudding mixes in milk in mixer bowl until thick.
• Add ice cream.
• Mix well.
• Spoon into prepared pan.
• Spread whipped cream over all.
• Sprinkle with 10 crushed crackers.
• Chill until set.

RITZ CRACKER DESSERT

Steps:

• Beat egg whites until stiff.
• Gradually add sugar.
• Add rest of crust ingredients.
• Mix well.
• Press into 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
• Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
• Mix prepared dream whip, cream cheese and pineapple.
• Spread on cooled crust.
• Chill.

PB&J RITZ CRACKER ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Line a small rimmed baking sheet with several layers of plastic wrap, making sure to thoroughly cover the baking sheet, leaving about 6 inches of plastic wrap hanging over the two long sides.
• Place the peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, about 15 seconds.
• Spread the softened ice cream into an even layer on the baking sheet. Dot with jam and drizzle with melted peanut butter. Using a knife, create swirls on the top of the ice cream. Fold the plastic wrap overhang over the ice cream to cover the surface and freeze for at least an hour and up to overnight.
• Carefully remove the frozen ice cream from the baking sheet and place on a cutting board. Cut out 15 rounds with a 1 1/2- to 2-inch biscuit cutter, or cut into 15 1 1/2- to 2-inch squares with a knife. Sandwich each piece of ice cream between two Ritz crackers. Place the peanuts on a plate, if using, and roll the edges of the sandwiches in crushed peanuts.
• Serve the sandwiches immediately, or place in a freezer-safe container and freeze up to 2 weeks (the crackers will become soggier the longer they are frozen). Enjoy!

RITZ CRACKER COCONUT PUDDING DESSERT

Steps:

• Soften ice cream and mix together with pudding mix and milk.
• Melt butter.
• Mix with crushed Ritz crackers and press into a 9x11" pan as a crust(just on bottom).
• Pour pudding mixture on top of crust.
• Spread cool whip on top of that.
• Refrigerate.

RITZ CRACKER CHERRY DESSERT (NO BAKE)

Steps:

• Place the crumbs in bottom of pie or serving dish (reserving a small bit for garnish).
• Cream together the sugar, cream cheese, milk and vanilla until light and set aside.
• Prepare the dream whip according to package directions and mix the dream whip with the sugar and cheese mixture. Place this on top of crumbs, Top this with the cherry pie filling and sprinkle with a little of the cracker crumbs.
• Chill then serve.

RITZ CRACKER PUDDING

Steps:

• Crush crackers into crumbs.
• Pour melted margarine into crumbs add sugar, and mix until moistened, save some for top of pudding just for garnish.
• Press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
• Mix pudding ingredients together with a mixer.
• Pour over crust.
• Top with Cool Whip and remaining crumbs.
• Refrigerate until firm.
• Serve.

VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH RITZ CRACKERS

Steps:

• Top ice cream with crushed Ritz, drizzle with chocolate sauce.
