  • Mix yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl until well blended; fold in chia seeds.

1 cup Yogurt of Choice
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (or protein powder)

Steps:

  • In a bowl, stir maple syrup and peanut butter until smooth. Microwave for 30 seconds if your mixture is too tough to mix together.
  • Stir in the yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and powdered peanut butter or protein powder, if used.
  • Serve as a protein dip with apple slices of fruits you love.

1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled
2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter onto 8-inch plate.
  • Mix marshmallow creme and COOL WHIP until blended; spread over peanut butter.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.

This recipe sounds a little strange at first but give it a try! It is so yummy! My husband, who doesn't usually go for low fat foods loved this and was surprised it was a "healthy" dessert. Try it with chocolate or vanilla pudding. Use sugar free pudding for even less calories. Delicious with bananas, apples, and vanilla wafers!

3 3/4 ounces chocolate (1 pudding cup) or 3 3/4 ounces vanilla pudding (1 pudding cup)
3/4 cup fat-free whipped topping
1/4 cup peanut butter cereal (Reese's Puffs, etc)
1 tablespoon reduced-fat peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Crush the peanut butter cereal unitl you have crumbs (Try putting it in a zip top bag and crushing it with a rolling pin).
  • In a bowl, combine the pudding and peanut butter.
  • Add the whipped topping and vanilla extract and stir until well mixed.
  • Stir in the ceral crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

I came up with this dip to make eating fruit a little more fun. This is quite tasty and you will want to eat the whole bowl! :) This little dip is also great because you don't have to wait to defrost your Cool Whip. I love it with strawberries but it could be great with apples, bananas, or any other fruit you prefer!

2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter (I use Jif)
1 cup fat-free cool whip, frozen
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Mix peanut butter with frozen Cool Whip. It will be a pretty thick mixture.
  • Add milk to thin out the mixture. It might seem like a lot of liquid at first, but don't worry! Keep mixing until it looks like a smooth peanut butter.
  • Add almond extract and mix well.
  • Serve with fruit!
