Rice Krispie Treats 5 Minute Microwave Food

MICROWAVE RICE KRISPIE TREATS IN 5 MINUTES

Steps:

• Before you get started, prepare your baking pan by spraying it well with cooking spray. This will keep your treats from sticking to the pan.
• Add the butter, mini marshmallows, vanilla extract, and salt to a large microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 2 minutes, mostly melting the marshmallows and butter.
• Remove the bowl from the microwave, and stir until smooth.
• Quickly stir the cereal into the marshmallow mixture.
• Lightly press* the mixture into your prepared 9×13 baking dish, and allow the mixture to cool.
• Once your treats have cooled enough to handle, you can cut them into squares and serve.

RICE KRISPIE TREATS {5-MINUTE MICROWAVE RECIPE}

Steps:

• Place butter and marshmallows in a LARGE microwave-safe bowl.
• Microwave on high for 1 minute. Remove bowl from microwave and stir. Return bowl to microwave and microwave another 30 seconds. Stir again until marshmallows and butter are completely melted together. You only want it JUST melted.
• Fold in rice cereal until well combined.
• Place mixture in a greased 9x13 dish and press down evenly (spray a little cooking spray on your hands to prevent sticking). Allow to cool before serving.

MICROWAVE RICE KRISPIES TREATS

Steps:

• In a large microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
• Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until coated.
• Press mixture into 13 x 9 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into squares when cool.

Steps:

• Spray or grease a 9 x 13 pan.
• In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat butter about 45 seconds on high or until melted.
• Add marshmallows and stir to coat. Microwave 45 seconds on high. Stir; if not completely melted, put back in microwave for another 30 seconds. Add vanilla if using. Stir again.
• Add rice cereal and stir to thoroughly mix.
• Press mixture firmly into the pan. Cool completely before cutting into 12 or 24 squares. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in fridge or freezer; thaw before eating.
