Steps:
- In a roasting pan, lay chicken in roasting bag.
- Throw in carrots and potatoes.
- Add cream of chicken soups and try to spread over meat and veggies.
- Sprinkle Mrs Dash over everything!
- Close bag, cut a couple of slits in bag to vent (may need to check periodically).
- Put in oven at 350 for an hour.
- Check and spread broth around (without opening) and cook for another 15-30 mins, until potatoes feel tender through bag (pinch).

SUNSHINE BARBECUE CHICKEN
This comes from the "Reynolds kitchen" and is a tried-and-true recipe in my house. One reason is because it's so easy. Another, because it is tender, juicy and full of barbecue flavor. You can also cook this in a crock pot by ommiting the oven bag and flour. Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350º Shake flour in oven bag; place in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Add barbecue sauce and orange juice to bag.
- Squeeze the bag to blend ingredients.
- Add chicken to bag.
- Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce.
- Arrange chicken in an even layer.
- Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in top.
- Bake until chicken is tender, 45 to 50 minutes.
- To serve, stir sauce and spoon over chicken.

- Preheat oven to 350*. Place 2 Tablespoons of flour into the Reynolds Oven Bag, shake around. (This helps prevent the bag from bursting - so it's an important step.)
- In a small bowl mix together the salt, paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, chili powder, and pepper. Cover the outside of the chicken and under the skin with the spices.
- Place the chicken in the bag. Then add the carrots, potatoes, garlic, and onions. Seal bag and place in a large baking dish that is at least 2 inches thick.
- Cut six 1/2 slits in the top of the bag so the steam can escape. Make sure there is enough room in the oven to allow the bag to expand without touching any parts of the oven.
