HOT CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
These one-bowl brownies couldn't be easier to make, and adding leftover hot chocolate mix is the perfect way to make them extra special. Interested in a Mexican hot chocolate version? Just add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to the dry ingredients and sprinkle the top of each brownie with a pinch of chili powder.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, and spray with the cooking spray.
- Stir together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add the flour, hot chocolate mix, salt and baking powder and stir until just combined. Stir in half the chocolate chips. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake until the brownies begin to pull away from the edges of the pan and are set in the center, 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, immediately sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips, and let stand until they are very soft, about 5 minutes. Spread the melted chips evenly with a spatula, and let cool for about 10 minutes. Use the foil to lift the brownies out of the pan, and let cool completely on a rack. Cut into 24 squares, and top each with 3 mini marshmallows.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Melt the baking chocolate with the butter over a double boiler or in microwave-stirring occasionally; set aside.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a small bowl.
- Pour the cooled chocolate into a large bowl and gradually add the sugar. Next, beat eggs and vanilla into the chocolate/sugar mix.
- Fold the flour mix into the chocolae mix, then fold in chocolate chips and 2/3 of the Red Hots.
- Pour batter into pan and spread evenly; sprinkle leftover Red Hots on top.
- Bake 30 minutes or until the toothpick tells you it's done!
- Cool one hour then cut into squares and induldge!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, ground red pepper, and salt together in a bowl.
- Beat sugar, sour cream, butter, eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla together in a bowl. Add flour mixture to sour cream mixture and stir to combine. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in the pan before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9x2 inch baking pan with foil. Coat foil with cooking spray; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in granulated sugar until combined. Stir in eggs and the bottle of food coloring. Add butter mixture to flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
