- Line an 8 x 8-inch deep baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix together with whisk melted coconut oil, raw cacao, syrup, peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk until completely incorporated.
- Add rice cereal to a bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour into the lined baking tray and refrigerate until firm (at least 30 minutes). Remove and cut into bars.

- Line 8-inch square pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray foil with cooking spray. Place grahams on bottom of pan, cutting to fit if necessary.
- Microwave caramel bits and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until caramel bits are completely melted and mixture is blended, stirring every 30 sec. Pour over grahams; top with next 3 ingredients. Drizzle with chocolate.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars to serve.

- Line a 10cm x 20cm loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
- Place the dates, peanut butter and vanilla in a food processor and process for 2-4 minutes or until the mixture comes together into a paste. Transfer to a large bowl, add the puffed rice and peanuts and mix to combine. Using the back of a spoon, press the mixture into the base of the tin (see note).
- Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (the bowl shouldn't touch the water) and stir until melted. Pour the chocolate over the slice and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until set. Remove the slice from the tin and cut into bars using a hot knife. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Keep bars refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

- Grease the foil.
- Place graham crackers on bottom of the pan, cutting if needed to fit.
- Microwave the caramel bits with the milk on high for 2 minutes or until completely melted stirring every 30 seconds.
- Pour over graham crackers, top with peanuts, marshmallows and pretzels.
- Drizzle with chocolate.

- Line an ungreased 9X13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving an extension of foil on either end. Line the foil with 1 layer of club crackers, cutting to fit if necessary (in my 9X13-inch pan, the crackers lined up evenly without the need to trim).
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, milk and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Begin timing 5 minutes from when you see the first bubbles.) Remove from heat and spread half of butter mixture evenly over crackers. Place another single layer of crackers evenly over butter mixture, cutting to fit if necessary. Spread remaining butter mixture evenly over crackers. Top evenly with remaining crackers.
- In a small saucepan (or in the microwave), combine peanut butter, chocolate morsels, and butterscotch morsels. Melt over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over top of crackers. Cover, and chill for at least 1 hour. Lift foil overhang and remove bars from pan. Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.

- Line a 9×9-inch square glass baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to allow you to easily lift out the bar, and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the pitted dates in a bowl and cover with hot water for 15 minutes.
- Make the crust: Place the rolled oats in a food processor fitted with the S blade and pulse until a coarse flour forms. Add the coconut and walnuts and pulse until they are both ground. Then add the coconut oil, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla and process until a dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough to the lined baking dish and press it in with your fingers, ensuring that the dough is evenly distributed within the pan. You may need to wet your fingers to prevent sticking. Pierce it all over with a fork and bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Make the caramel: Drain the soaking water off of the dates. Place the dates in a food processor fitted with the S blade, along with the peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and lemon juice. Process until very smooth and creamy (see photo for reference).
